PLINEST® & NEWEST® are the first original Polynucleotides (PN) in the market. PLINEST® and NEWEST® are bio-compatible with human DNA, and they have excellent safety profile certified by the CE mark by the European Union since 2005.

What are PLINEST® & NEWEST®?

PLINEST® is made from Polynucleotides (PN), a DNA fragment extracted from Italian Trout Fish using patented extraction and purification process, HPTTM (Highly Purified Technology) by Mastelli, Italy. 70 years of long research was done in order to obtain a pure ingredient without pharmacologically and allergically active protein contaminants, resulting in excellent safety and superior efficacy of the product.

It is worth noting that not all PN are the same, only PN developed by Mastelli certified as Polynucleotides Highly Purified Technology (PN-HPTTM).

Trout is selected over wild salmon because:

⦁ Trout is checked from birth to death, with strict veterinary, water and food control
⦁ Trout sperm has a high concentration of PN
⦁ Its skin is highly comparable to the human skin to minimize adverse reactions
⦁ Lower risk of contamination from environment such as heavy metals and radiation

While PLINEST® only contains PN, NEWEST® is made of PN, Hyaluronic Acid (HA) and Mannitol. NEWEST® has the extra hydration effect which makes it suitable for aging and crepey skin. Mannitol helps to extend the efficacy of HA by reducing the degradation of HA by 34%.

How do PLINEST® & NEWEST® work?

PLINEST® and NEWEST® increases fibroblast growth and vitality, helping stimulate mature and well-organized collagen fibers productions and tissue repair. They increase 60% of collagen I & III and 35% of fibronectin production, which is a connective tissue that helps to firm the skin and aid in wound healing process. NEWEST® contains HA, giving that extra hydration to the skin.

Treatment Protocol

For the first 3 sessions of PLINEST®/ NEWEST® treatment, it is advisable to administer the treatments 1 month apart. After completing the initial treatment, it is recommended to repeat the sessions after 3 to 6 months depending on the skin condition. Generally, PLINEST®/ NEWEST® can last for up to 6 months, however it depends on the patient’s skin condition, lifestyle and environment factors as well.

Can PLINEST®/ NEWEST® be combined with other tretments?
