Spider Veins / Vascular Lesions
Broken capillaries, also known as spider veins, are a cluster of minute blood vessels that appear near the surface of the skin, and look like spiderwebs. These veins are commonly seen on the nose, cheeks, chin, upper thigh and below the knee joint.
Standard types of vascular lesions include spider veins, telangiectasia, cherry angioma, port wine stains, and hemangioma.
How we can help?
Fotona’s SP line of laser systems is specifically designed to tighten, rejuvenate, and remodel the skin from the inside out. These systems utilize a combination of two complementary laser wavelengths, making Fotona SP lasers highly versatile and suitable for a wide range of applications in aesthetics, surgery, and gynecology.
With Fotona’s Nd:YAG wavelength, the laser can penetrate deeper layers of the skin, targeting specific areas effectively. On the other hand, the Er:YAG wavelength is ideal for erasing imperfections and revealing long-lasting results, promoting a smoother and more youthful appearance.

Sclerotheraphy injection can be used to treat varicose veins by injecting a chemical solution directly into the vein. This injected chemical solution causes the vein to scar, forcing the blood to move to healthier veins. After this, the collapsed vein gets reabsorbed into the local tissue, and it fades away.
